INSPIRE SOLAR LLC is a locally owned solar company based out of Dallas, Texas. We are looking for talented Solar Sales professionals to advise potential customers about adding solar to their home. The average annual compensation of a first year sales Representatives is $90,000 - $140,000, but for our top performers, the earning potential is dramatically higher.

Job Type: Full-time/Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Frequently travel throughout the area with the Sales team and canvas different neighborhoods via Door to Door Selling
  • Learn the products and services offered.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with customers & management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to effectively generate sales.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
  • Present and explain the benefits of solar energy systems to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Stay informed & ahead of market trends.
  • Monitor the end-to-end sales process from point of sale to project completion.
  • Go to scheduled appointments daily to conduct in-home presentations as well as the ability to self-generate leads.
  • Additional responsibilities will include acquiring energy bills from prospective clients, generating proposals, closing deals, and answering any questions customers may have from point of sale through to the completion of the installation process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems, industry regulations, and financing options is preferred.
  • Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a smart phone.
  • A positive attitude, competitive spirit and superb customer service skills.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Flexibility – includes weekend and evening work.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work outdoors in any season.
  • Attend sales meetings and industry events to stay informed about new products, sales techniques, financial products, and industry developments.
